How has your life changed since receiving your service dog?
Keeps by my side all the time if not on my Lap. he loves riding in my truck.  Gaston sleeps on his bed on the floor by my side. Love to eat. He Elerts me when it’s time to eat also when he wants to go outside. Also wakes me up when I’m sleeping in too late.
What is one thing you are able to do now that you couldn’t before receiving your dog?
Keeping calm, and try not to get too impatient.
Describe your daily life with your service dog?
Morning outside then back inside to eat. watches the news with me. I also go outside with him and play. Gets in the truck and goes with me to the VFW. I take care of the VSWEEPS machines etc.
What effect has your service dog had on the relationships in your life?
My daughters especially with Brady. He knows when the girls or coming in. Loves my years old grandson. I know where the vacuum is and try to keep him in check.
What is one thing you would tell a fellow veteran that was considering a service dog?
One of the best things in life, You will get a member of your family that is loyal and will help keep you steady.
