Brady River, MSN, RN, is the Chief Nursing Officer at River Oaks Hospital, where he brings over two decades of clinical and executive nursing leadership experience. His career spans nearly every facet of hospital operations—from emergency and critical care to surgical services and patient experience—making him a well-rounded and deeply respected leader in the healthcare community.

Brady holds a Master of Science in Nursing and is nationally recognized for his commitment to fostering clinical excellence, advancing patient safety initiatives, and creating a culture of collaboration among interdisciplinary teams. As CNO, he has successfully led large-scale operational improvements, staff development programs, and quality assurance initiatives that have directly contributed to higher patient satisfaction and improved health outcomes.

In addition to his work in the hospital setting, Brady is passionate about serving those who have served our country. He joined the Board of Directors of United States Veterans Service Dogs (USVSD) to support the organization’s critical mission of providing highly trained service dogs to veterans in need. He believes in the healing power of the human-animal bond and understands firsthand how these partnerships can dramatically improve the quality of life for individuals coping with PTSD, mobility challenges, and other service-related conditions.

Brady brings both clinical insight and strategic thinking to the board, helping guide USVSD’s mission with compassion, integrity, and a dedication to veteran care. His decision to serve on the board is rooted in a desire to give back and help influence a program that provides hope, independence, and healing to America’s heroes.
